Orchard Project Team Leader Vacancy

3-6 month fixed term contract (with possibility of extension)
Salary: £14.00 an hour or £29,129 per annum, FTE
We are seeking current Orchard Project staff who are interested in helping to lead the Orchard Project for 3 – 6 months – we are open to job sharing/split working for this role. Please note – you do not have to be a team leader already to apply. This is an exciting opportunity for current Orchard Project staff who are committed to ELHAP’s aims and ethos, able to work effectively and in partnership with the core admin/maintenance team and the senior staff team.
About the Role
The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Orchard Project including the efficient and effective completion of administrative, financial and organisational tasks. The post holder will focus on day-to-day Orchard Project delivery including leading the morning and evening meetings, plan and oversee outings, activities, modules, and role model best practice to the wider Orchard Project Team. An integral part of the role is delivering and developing the Orchard Project in compliance with ELHAP’s policies as well as promoting ELHAP’s ethos and vision of adult services. The Team Leader may occasionally work on other projects as and when required.
