    ELHAP is a magical adventure play facility and nature reserve for disabled children, based in my constituency. It relies on donations to provide children with these unique play facilities. Help me to help them in this wonderful work. I'm taking part in a jail break with other local MPs - Mike Gapes and Iain Duncan Smith - as well as the Mayor of Redbridge.     ELHAP is a unique support service in Woodford Bridge for disabled children, young people and adults from across East London.

    Based in over 5 acres of woodland, with a vast adventure playground and nature reserve, ELHAP gives disabled children the chance to "just be kids." They can fly through the air on the zip wire, get muddy, cook over an open fire, build dens and go on bug hunts, as well as take part in art, yoga, dance, drama and horticulture workshops.
