A pull-up involves lifting your bodyweight from a hang so that your chin rises above a bar. To raise money for ELHAP I want to do 26 pull-ups in a single set.

As of the 21st August I can do 20. It has taken me a year to increase my max by 10 reps. I hope to hit 26 by the 1st October, so I have 6 weeks.

To do this I am going to train pull-ups 5 times a week. Joseph Pereira
